I’ve been a licensed real estate broker since 2019, with a background rooted in new construction — builder contracts, upgrade negotiations, model home tactics, and the specific knowledge of how builders present and price homes. With over 65 transactions across every real estate situation, I bring that breadth to multigenerational housing with a focus that comes from lived experience.

I grew up splitting time between Warwick, Rhode Island and Cape Coral, Florida. I’ve called Florida home since 2001. Before real estate I was an entrepreneur — I owned and operated cell phone repair stores throughout Southwest Florida, which taught me more about problem solving, customer service, and getting things done than anything else I’ve done professionally.

My focus today is exclusively multigenerational housing. That focus didn’t come from a business strategy. It came from life. My mother lives with us. We made the decision to bring her into our home and build our lives around keeping family close. I understand firsthand how much layout affects daily family life — privacy, independence, and daily flow aren’t abstract ideas. They shape how families actually live.

I take the outcome of every transaction seriously. My clients don’t get a part-time effort — they get someone who thinks hard about their situation, finds creative solutions when problems arise, and goes well beyond what’s expected. Whether that means negotiating a builder contract, reviewing a floorplan for real-world functionality, or helping someone set up their smart home devices after closing — I’m in it all the way.

Outside of work, Nicki and I spend most of our time with our two daughters — ages 9 and 11 — walking the trails at Babcock Ranch, kayaking, and hitting the beach. We have two dogs: a goldendoodle and a dachshund, both of whom have strong opinions about the trail walks.
