What to expect
The First Call Is Where Everything Starts
Every multigenerational family is different — and the only way we can match you with the right home, layout, or community is by getting to know yours. On our call, we’ll walk through a set of questions we ask every family. Your answers help us zero in on what actually fits, instead of sending you listings that miss the mark.
No paperwork. No commitment. Just a conversation.
Before we talk
A Few Things Worth Thinking About
You don’t need answers ready — these are the kinds of questions we’ll walk through together. But if anything sparks a conversation with your family beforehand, even better.
- Who will be living in the home? (ages, generations, future plans)
- What’s prompting the move right now — finances, health, combining households, relocation?
- What does an “ideal living arrangement” look like — a fully separate suite, a casita or ADU, or is a shared kitchen okay?
- Are there special needs to consider — mobility, privacy, separate entrances, caregiving dynamics?
- What’s your timeline, and which areas of Florida are on your radar?
